Q. Where are you located?

A. We are a Canadian company located in Niagara Falls. We are a online art company that has a printing shop in Ontario but no customers are allowed on the floor.

Q. How many days does it take to receive my order?

A. Typically our turn around time is 7 to 10 business days from the time we receive your order.

Q. What types of files do you accept?

A. We accept JPG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, JPEG and they must be minimum 300 DPI resolution.  As well we have a file limitation of 8mb per image upload. 

Q. How many payment options do I have?

A. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Paypal.

Q. How much do I pay for shipping?

A. When you purchase from Absolutely Canvas we offer FREE SHIPPING TO CANADA AND USA!  We do ship around the world and certainly can provide a shipping quote based on your destination.

Q. What if my file is not the proper resolution needed?

A. You can email info@absolutelycanvas.com and one of our designers can look at the image to improve the resolution.

Q. How do I know the status of my order?

A. We keep you posted along the entire process.  From the time you order will receive an email with order confirmation, and email once its in our frame shop and finally you will receive an email once your canvas is shipped.

Q. Do you offer refunds?

A. No.  Due to the nature of the printing business we do not offer refunds.  We work with our customers to ensure they are happy with their print, and if you have any issues with your purchase you can always contact us.

A. We operate Monday through Friday, orders received before 3pm during business days will be sent for production that day.  Orders received after 3pm will be sent for production the next production day.  Orders received on the weekends will be sent into production on Monday. 

Q.What type of coating do you use on the canvas?

A. There is a coating on the canvas that protects against exposure to UV and water resistant.
